What is often missing is direction.
Things are happening, but they are not joined up. Effort is going in, but it is not building in the way it should.
My role is to step back, make sense of what is already there, and bring it into something structured and workable.
Not just in theory.
But in a way that actually works day to day.
I have spent over 20 years working in financial services, specialising in marketing and events within regulated environments.
I have supported over 200 events, from early stage planning through to delivery and follow up.
That experience means I understand how to balance structure, compliance and creativity.
And how to keep things moving without overcomplicating them.
Our Story
Synergy & Kin Collective is built through collaboration.
The business was originally founded alongside Katy, who now works as a collaborator within the wider network.
It started with two people bringing different strengths, perspectives and ways of thinking together.
Synergy represents how things work when they are joined up properly.
Kin represents connection, trust and the relationships that sit behind it.
While the structure of the business has evolved, that thinking has stayed the same.
I still work closely with a trusted network where needed.
And the focus remains on bringing the right people, ideas and activity together in a way that works.
