Behind every busy business is usually the same problem. Things are happening, but they are not really building.

That is the point where most people find me. Not in crisis, but aware that something needs to shift. And not quite sure where to start.

How I Approach Things

I do not come in with a one-size-fits-all plan.

I come in, look at what is actually going on, and work out what needs to move first. Sometimes that is bringing structure to the day to day so things stop slipping. Sometimes it is getting marketing to feel joined up and intentional. Sometimes it is making sure events are doing more than just filling a diary.

Usually it is a combination of all three.

What stays consistent is the approach. Step back, get clear, build something that actually works in practice, not just on paper.

Susie

Managing Director | Business Clarity & Growth Partner

I am Susie. I have spent over 20 years working in financial services, specialising in marketing and events within regulated environments. I have supported over 200 events from early planning right through to delivery and follow up, and I have worked alongside businesses at every stage of growth.

That background means I understand how to balance structure and creativity without overcomplicating things. I know what good looks like, I know what gets in the way of it, and I know how to close the gap between the two.

I am straightforward to work with, I do not disappear once a plan is handed over, and I genuinely care about the businesses I work with making progress.

A note on the name

Synergy & Kin Collective started as a collaboration between two people bringing different strengths together. The name still reflects that thinking.

Synergy is what happens when things are properly joined up.

Kin is about the relationships and trust that sit behind it.

The structure of the business has evolved, but that approach has not. I still work with a trusted network where the work calls for it. The focus is always on bringing the right people and activity together in a way that actually works.

Most people I speak to are not entirely sure what they need yet. That is a perfectly normal place to start.

You do not need to have it all figured out before we speak. That is what the clarity call is for.
